On 23 March, the College of Europe in Natolin welcomed Ambassador Niels Lorijn for a discussion about the role of religion in diplomacy and humanitarian action, focusing on the experience of the Order of Malta as a unique actor in international relations. During the lecture and the ensuing Q&A session, Ambassador Lorijn shared insights on the unique character, mission and workings of the Order of Malta, including its active diplomatic engagement and extensive humanitarian activities in more than 130 countries.
